The Information Security Strategic Assessment is designed to assess your Information Security (IS) posture and provide a clear path forward.

 

Information Security is like insurance. You want enough in place to protect your organizational assets, but not so much that it is cumbersome or cost prohibitive.

 

We begin by gaining insight into your organizations operations, goals and risk tolerance. We then identify critical systems, processes and data. Understanding these interrelated business components, processes and data is what allows for risk analysis and the prioritization of organizational IS efforts.

 

We then dive into your current IS program. How are you managing risk currently? Do your employees know what to do with phishing emails? Do you have insight into your systems? We will review your security controls and overall security posture.

 

Once a clear picture of the organizations IS program has been established, we will review its effectiveness using a combination of security frameworks, industry best practices and acquired knowledge. Our team has decades of experience across many industries, as well as maintaining professional certifications from industry organizations (ISC2, ISACA, SANS, ITIL) that reflect our dedication to continuous learning and improvement.

 

This assessment will allow you to better understand your Information Security posture, identify a target goal and give you an actionable path towards bridging that gap - while providing better understanding of how IS can strategically align with the business.
